About
Hi, I'm Rose.
I’m the person founders bring in when the vision is clear, but they know there’s more performance and profit on the table. You’ve got the strategy. You’ve got good people. And somehow the two aren’t aligned, so you’re the one holding it all together.
My clients call me the operator in your pocket. They say it because once I’m in, I’m in. You can ask me anything, and I’m building it right beside your team, not handing you a report and disappearing.

the long way round
HOW I GOT HERE
Fifteen-plus years inside growing companies alongside high-growth founders.
Leading a national team of hundreds. Turning around the ones that had stalled. Quietly being the person who installed the rhythms and consistency that I am leading today.
I don’t do quick fixes. I won’t take a client for less than six months, because you can’t change how a business really runs in a weekend.
My first forty-five days are spent listening: sitting in your world, talking to your team, finding the clunky thing everyone’s stopped noticing or is tired of bringing to your attention.

If you can’t see the score, you can’t win the game.
A few things I believe, hard.
- 01
Stop over-strategizing.
Most founders don't have a strategy problem. They have several strategies, execution gaps, and no clear ownership of the results.
- 02
Every team deserves a scoreboard.
Every sport has a score, but most teams are running blind.
- 03
Be who you actually are.
This one took me the longest to learn. Stop trying to lead like the version of yourself you think you're supposed to be; your team can smell it a mile away. The right people want the real you.
- 04
You can teach skills. You can't teach give-a-sh*t.
Work ethic, curiosity, the right behaviours, and a hunger to learn matter.
- 05
Culture belongs to everyone.
The CEO may set the tone, but every person either strengthens it or chips away at it.
2018
The other side of me
In 2018, I hit a wall. I stood in front of the mirror completely exhausted. I had always believed the answer was to work harder, push further, do more. But you can’t outwork an internal system that isn’t working. At some point, pushing harder stops being the answer. Something had to change.
These days, I have a strong operating rhythm that bookends my week and sets me up for success. I pull cards, do breathwork, cold plunge, strength train, pay attention to what the sky is doing, and set an intention before I walk into any room. None of this was me before 2018. Now, it’s simply how I operate.
I’m telling you this because it isn’t separate from my work. It’s the way I work. I believe in looking at the whole person, because how you show up for yourself shapes how you show up for your company. Build the plan. Install the rhythm. Do the work.

But remember, some goals are so big that if you try to logic your way to them, you’ll strangle them and your team. We always have to leave a little room for magic.

So here’s who you’re getting
They call me the Profit Care Bear, and I’ll take it.
I care about your people and your profit in equal measure, and I won’t trade one for the other. I’ll hold you to the result, and I’ll still tell you to breathe, while sporting a graphic tee and glitter sneakers.
If your business is working but you can feel the clunk in every cycle, and you’re ready to stop being the only one holding it together, that’s exactly where I come in.
